Conditions for exchanging your garment:

1. You have a 60-day period to make an exchange.
2. The garment must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
3. The garment must be in perfect condition; if it has any alterations or damage, we will not be able to process the exchange.

RETURNS

Conditions for returning your garment:

- Money will only be refunded if the garment or accessory is faulty or in poor condition and cannot be repaired. It will not be refunded in other cases.
- You have a period of 30 days to notify us of your case to process the refund.

STORE PICKUP We will send you a message via Whatsapp or email when your order is ready for pickup. Preparation time can be up to 5 business days from the moment of purchase.

REGIONS The maximum delivery time will be between 8 to 10 calendar days from the moment of your purchase (It may vary depending on the location, for more accuracy, write to us on Whatsapp)

WHAT IF I NEED MY GARMENT URGENTLY?
We only handle urgent requests in Santiago, as we can dispatch with express service. Payment for this service is made directly with the transport person.

WASHING: Hand wash in cold water
If you decide to machine wash, use the delicate cycle.

DRYING: Dry in the shade; never use a dryer or dry in direct sunlight.

IRONING: All irons are different, so we recommend testing with a protective cloth between the garment and the iron. You can also use a steam iron.
